Terms & Conditions

 Last Updated: 24 April 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Triplogy.com and all travel services provided by Volantix Flights Private Limited ("Triplogy", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, or by making a booking for any travel service offered by Triplogy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Volantix Flights Private Limited. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you confirm that you have authority to bind all group members to these Terms and that each member has been informed of and accepts these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking shall apply to that booking. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

2 Booking Process

2.1 How Bookings Are Made

Bookings can be made through our website (triplogy.com), via email, or by speaking with one of our travel consultants by phone. A booking is confirmed only when:

  • You have submitted a completed booking form or confirmed itinerary in writing
  • The required advance deposit or full payment has been received and cleared
  • Triplogy has issued a written Booking Confirmation with a unique Booking ID

Verbal confirmations and provisional holds are not considered binding bookings. Availability is subject to change until a Booking Confirmation is issued.

2.2 Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a Booking Confirmation email within 24 hours containing your Booking ID, itinerary details, payment summary, and pre-travel checklist. Please review this carefully and notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.

2.3 Package Inclusions

Services included in your package are as specified in your Booking Confirmation. Any services not explicitly listed are excluded. Optional add-ons, personal expenses, tips, personal shopping, and items of a personal nature are not included unless stated.

3 Pricing & Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. International package prices may also be quoted in USD ($) for the convenience of global customers. Prices are per person on twin sharing basis unless specified otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and deposit received
  • GST at applicable rates (currently 5% on tour packages) is additional unless stated as inclusive
  • Airline taxes, fuel surcharges, and airport levies are included in packages where flights are mentioned
  • Transaction values typically range from ₹15,000 to ₹5,00,000 per booking depending on package, duration, destination, and group size

3.2 Payment Schedule

The standard payment schedule is as follows:

  • Advance Deposit: 30% of total package value at the time of booking (required to confirm)
  • Balance Payment: Remaining 70% due at least 15 days before the departure date
  • Last-minute bookings (within 15 days of departure): Full payment required at time of booking

Payment Failure: If the balance payment is not received by the due date, Triplogy reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply the cancellation policy as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellation charges will apply.

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking (all major Indian banks), and major digital wallets. All transactions are processed through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store card details on our servers.

3.4 Price Changes After Booking

Once a booking is confirmed and deposit received, the quoted price is protected from changes in our fees. However, we reserve the right to pass on genuine increases in government-imposed taxes, airline fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations (for international packages) of more than 3%, with prior notice of at least 30 days before departure.

4 Travel Documents & Responsibilities

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents are valid, current, and in order for the duration of travel. Triplogy accepts no liability for denied boarding, visa refusal, or entry denial resulting from inadequate or incorrect documentation.

  • Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. Ensure you have sufficient blank pages for visa stamps
  • Visa: It is your responsibility to obtain all required visas. Triplogy may assist with visa documentation guidance but does not guarantee visa approval. Visa fees are non-refundable
  • Health requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you meet all health and vaccination requirements for your destination country
  • Entry requirements: Check destination country entry requirements well in advance, as they can change without notice
  • Name accuracy: Ensure all names on booking forms match your passport exactly. Errors may result in rebooking charges or inability to travel

Triplogy will endeavour to provide general guidance on travel requirements but strongly recommends customers verify requirements independently through official government channels (e.g., the destination country's embassy website) before travel.

5 Travel Insurance

Triplogy strongly recommends that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation and curtailment
  • Medical emergencies and hospitalisation abroad
  • Emergency evacuation and repatriation
  • Baggage loss, theft, or delay
  • Personal liability
  • Flight delays or missed connections

Travel insurance is optional but highly advised. Triplogy may offer travel insurance as an add-on through our partners. If you decline to purchase insurance, Triplogy accepts no liability for losses that would have been covered by a standard travel insurance policy.

6 Limitation of Liability

Triplogy acts as a tour organiser and agent for various suppliers including airlines, hotels, ground handlers, and activity providers. While we carefully vet all partners, we are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

  • Triplogy's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of enjoyment, loss of earnings, or emotional distress
  • We are not liable for death, personal injury, or illness caused by the negligence of a third-party supplier unless such liability cannot be excluded by law
  • We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by airlines, immigration, customs, or other authorities
  • We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with travel document requirements

Nothing in these Terms limits Triplogy's liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

7 Itinerary Changes

Triplogy reserves the right to make minor amendments to confirmed itineraries where necessary due to operational reasons, supplier changes, weather, or safety considerations. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any significant changes.

  • Minor changes (hotel within same star category, route change, activity substitution of equal value): No compensation payable
  • Significant changes (downgrade in hotel category, change of destination, departure date change of more than 24 hours): You may accept the change, accept an alternative itinerary, or cancel with a full refund

Changes requested by customers after confirmation are subject to amendment charges as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8 Customer Conduct & Behaviour

Triplogy reserves the right to terminate a customer's participation in a tour or holiday if their behaviour is deemed by our staff, guides, or hotel partners to be disruptive, offensive, dangerous, or in violation of local laws.

  • No refund will be provided if a customer is removed from a tour for misconduct
  • Customers are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, transport vehicles, or equipment
  • Customers must comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs at their destination
  • Customers must respect fellow travellers and maintain behaviour appropriate to the cultural context of the destination

9 Intellectual Property

All content on triplogy.com — including text, images, itineraries, brand assets, logos, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of Volantix Flights Private Limited and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or otherwise use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Triplogy. Itineraries and package details are proprietary and may not be copied or used by third parties.

10 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any booking, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The arbitration shall be conducted in New Delhi, India, in the English language, by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek urgent injunctive or interim relief from the competent courts of New Delhi without first resorting to arbitration.

11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes that are not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

12 Miscellaneous

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and your Booking Confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Triplogy regarding your booking and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
